It does not read orders, customers or shoppers. • We store the size charts the merchant reviews and approves, and which products they belong to. Nothing about any shopper. • Approved charts are saved in the store itself as product data that the app owns. Shopify removes that data when the app is uninstalled. • No AI model reads or writes any chart. Charts are found and tidied with fixed rules. • No photos, no virtual try-on, no shopper tracking, no cookies set on the storefront, no advertising, no sale of data. 1. Who we are Rendered Fits Ltd ("we", "us") provides Rendered Fits: AI Size Chart (the "App"). For the merchant account data described below we are the data controller. This notice covers the App only. Our other services have their own notices at renderedfits.com/legal. 2. What we receive and why When a merchant installs the App, Shopify gives us: • the store's address and an access token, so the App can work in the store; • basic details of the person who installed the App, as Shopify provides them for app sign-in. When the merchant scans for size charts, the App reads active products (title, description, options such as sizes, and text product fields) and size guide pages linked from product descriptions. It keeps only the size charts it finds, the products each chart belongs to, and the merchant's approval status. We use this only to provide the App: to find, show, publish and remove size charts, and to apply the merchant's plan. 3. What the storefront shows For products with an approved chart, the App's theme block shows the chart as a text table and adds schema.org size data to the page. The App sets no cookies on the storefront and collects nothing from shoppers. On the Free plan the table carries a "Size chart by Rendered Fits" link to our website; following it is subject to our Website Legal Documents. 4. Where data is kept and who processes it App data is stored on Google Cloud in London (UK). Our edge network provider (Cloudflare) passes requests to it. We do not sell data or share it with anyone else, and no AI provider receives it. 5. How long we keep it When the App is uninstalled we delete the store's sign-in details and charts from our systems straight away, and Shopify removes the App's product data from the store. Shopify's shop data deletion request, sent 48 hours after uninstall, confirms the deletion. Database backups roll off within 7 days. 6. Your rights You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). 7.
