Predictable billing
Annual billing costs ten monthly payments, paid upfront for 12 months: two months free. Your approved annual price is fixed for those 12 months, with no catch-up charges. Renewal continues on your existing approved terms unless you approve a change.
No automatic tier changes during your term or at renewal. You approve any plan or price change through Shopify. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not turn an annual purchase into monthly billing.
Eligible merchants can choose a separate, optional 30-day free trial of a paid plan. Shopify shows the exact trial end date and the recurring price before you approve. After the trial, only an already approved paid subscription can start charging. Existing clients keep their current agreed terms and trial dates.
How store size and processing limits work
Use average monthly net online apparel sales from your last three complete months, in USD. For a younger store, use the one or two complete months available. Sales help recommend a plan upfront; they never change your bill automatically.
Eligible sales are online apparel sales after discounts and refunds, excluding tax, shipping, gift cards, test orders, POS and non-apparel sales. Shopify confirms the subscription you choose before charging.
All paid plans include the same core features. New images use a rolling 30-day allowance; AI sizing requests use a calendar-month allowance that resets at the start of each month (UTC). New image generation pauses at the image limit; local size guidance continues when AI sizing reaches its limit. There are no automatic overage charges or plan upgrades. Contact us to review higher processing needs before choosing a plan.
