RENDERED FITS LTD Website Legal Documents For renderedfits.com This document contains: Part 1: Website Privacy Policy Part 2: Website Terms of Use Part 3: Cookie and Tracking Notice Part 4: Acceptable Use Policy Version 1.2 — Last updated: 12 October 2026 (revision prepared 21 September 2026; prior published version: 1.1, 6 July 2026) Rendered Fits Ltd Company No. 16922551 | VAT No. 510026164 50-54 Oswald Road, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 7PQ [email protected] PART 1: WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY For renderedfits.com — the Company's marketing and informational website Last updated: 12 October 2026 (revision prepared 21 September 2026; prior published version: 6 July 2026) This Privacy Policy explains how Rendered Fits Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website at renderedfits.com (the "Website"). This policy applies to the Website only. If you are a Shopify merchant using our App, or a customer using the Virtual Try-On Feature, please refer to our App Privacy Policy. 1. Who We Are Rendered Fits Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16922551). Registered office: 50-54 Oswald Road, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 7PQ. Contact: [email protected]. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this Website. 2. Information We Collect 2.1 Information You Provide • Contact form submissions: If you contact us via a form on the Website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. • Demo wall requests (/try): If you request a demo through the /try demo wall, we collect your name and email address as a business lead so that we can respond to your request. • Newsletter subscriptions: If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails, we collect your email address. 2.2 Information Collected Automatically • Analytics data: With your consent (given on the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Website is used — pages visited, time on site, referral sources, and device/browser type. Without that consent, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google; we then rely only on cookieless, aggregate counts: Vercel Web Analytics page views and our own counter of clicks on specific buttons, which keeps daily totals only and stores no cookie, identifier or IP address. Details in Part 3 (Cookie and Tracking Notice), section 3. • Campaign measurement: With your separate marketing consent, we keep the campaign identifiers from the link you arrived on (gclid, fbclid, utm parameters) for 90 days so that a call you book later can be attributed to the campaign, and we may load Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn conversion tags. These tags are not active until an advertising account is connected. • Interactive demo try-on: If you generate a look on one of our demo pages, we log the outfit chosen, the time, a session identifier, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page (kept for 90 days) so that we can see which demos are used. A photo you upload for the demo is processed in the same way as in the App: sent to Google's Gemini service to create the image, stored temporarily and deleted by lifecycle rules, never used to train models. • Server logs: Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data, including IP addresses, browser type, and access times. These logs are used for security monitoring and are not used to identify individual visitors. 2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect The Website does not collect: payment information, biometric data, special category data, precise geolocation data, or social media profile data. 3. How We Use Your Information Purpose | Legal Basis (Article 6 UK GDPR) Responding to your enquiries and contact form submissions | Article 6(1)(b) — Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; or Article 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) Responding to demo requests submitted via the /try demo wall (business lead) | Article 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) and/or Article 6(1)(a) — Consent given at the form Sending marketing emails and newsletters | Article 6(1)(a) — Consent (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email) Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) and campaign measurement | Consent — PECR regulation 6 and Article 6(1)(a); given and withdrawn on the cookie banner. We may share your information with: • Email service providers (e.g., Instantly) for sending marketing emails, and Resend for our internal notification when you submit a demo request, subject to data processing agreements • Hosting providers for Website infrastructure: Vercel (hosting, serverless functions, Web Analytics and a key-value store for demo requests), Redis Cloud (the demo try-on log), Cloudflare (DNS) • Google (Google Analytics 4, and Google's Gemini service for demo try-on images), Calendly (call bookings) — only as described above • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law 5. People under 18 must not use AI size recommendations, the Virtual Try-On Feature or Fit Passport, or upload a photograph. PART 3: COOKIE AND TRACKING NOTICE For renderedfits.com and the Rendered Fits App Last updated: 12 October 2026 (revision prepared 21 September 2026; prior published version: 6 July 2026) 1. Our Approach to Cookies Rendered Fits Ltd is committed to transparency about tracking technologies. This notice explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on our Website (renderedfits.com) and within our App. 2. The Rendered Fits App (Shopify Storefront Widget) The Virtual Try-On widget embedded in Merchant storefronts uses a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage items, all strictly functional. It does not use any third-party tracking scripts, advertising pixels, social media trackers, or behavioural analytics tools. Cookie / Storage item | Type | Purpose | Duration rf_id | First-party cookie | Attribution/session identifier; also written as a Shopify cart attribute so the Merchant's order records reflect try-on involvement. Set only once the Merchant's own cookie banner (Shopify Customer Privacy API) reports that analytics are allowed; otherwise a page-view-only identifier is used and nothing is stored. | 24 hours, refreshed on activity rf_vid | localStorage | The same identifier as rf_id, kept longer so a return visit can be joined to an earlier try-on; subject to the same Merchant-banner condition, and removed if analytics consent is later withdrawn | 30 days from last activity rf_passport_v1 | localStorage | The signed-in Fit Passport session token, if the Customer has created a Fit Passport | Until sign-out or withdrawal rf_user_rate_limit | First-party cookie | Fair-use counter used to enforce rate limits | 24 hours rf_user_photos_v1 | localStorage | The Customer's uploaded face/body photographs, saved on the Customer's own device for convenient reuse; sent to our systems only when the Customer starts a new try-on | Until cleared by the Customer rf_user_measurements_v2 | localStorage | The Customer's saved body measurements | Until cleared by the Customer rf_pending_generation_v1 | localStorage | Resume state for an in-progress generation | Until cleared by the Customer rf_nudge_last_shown | localStorage | Timestamp limiting a one-off UI prompt | Until cleared by the Customer rf_looks | sessionStorage | The Customer's generated looks for the current browsing session | Until the browser tab is closed rf_entry_sub_ok_v1 | sessionStorage | Caches the subscription check on collection pages | Until the browser tab is closed All items are stored on the Customer's device and can be cleared at any time through the browser settings. 3. The renderedfits.com Website When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use analytics and advertising-measurement cookies. Nothing in the "Analytics" or "Marketing" rows below is loaded, and nothing is written to your browser for them, unless you accept. "Essential only" is honoured for 12 months; you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link on any legal page or by opening renderedfits.com/legal/website-legal-documents#cookie-settings. Cookie / Technology | Type | Purpose | Duration | Provider rf_consent | Strictly necessary (localStorage) | Records the choice you made on the cookie banner so we do not ask again | 12 months | Rendered Fits Essential website cookies | Strictly necessary | Required for basic website functionality (e.g., session management, security) | Session or up to 12 months | Hosting provider (Vercel) Vercel Web Analytics | Performance (cookieless) | Aggregate page-view counts. Sets no cookie and stores no identifier in your browser; the visitor hash Vercel derives is discarded after 24 hours. | N/A | Vercel Rendered Fits button counter | Performance (cookieless) | Daily click totals for specific buttons; no cookie, identifier or IP stored | N/A | Rendered Fits Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) | Analytics — consent required | How the Website is used (pages, referrers, device type), to improve it. Google Consent Mode is set to "denied" until you accept, and IP addresses are truncated by Google. | _ga up to 2 years; _ga_* up to 2 years | Google Google Ads conversion tag | Marketing — consent required | Attributes a booked call to a Google Ads click. Not active until an ad account is connected. | Up to 90 days | Google Meta Pixel (_fbp) | Marketing — consent required | Attributes a booked call to a Meta ad. Not active until an ad account is connected. | Up to 90 days | Meta Platforms LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_*) | Marketing — consent required | Attributes a booked call to a LinkedIn ad and builds a retargeting audience. Not active until an ad account is connected. | Up to 90 days | LinkedIn rf_paid_touch | Marketing — consent required (localStorage) | Keeps the campaign parameters of your first visit (gclid, fbclid, utm_*) so a call booked a few days later is still attributed to the campaign. Without marketing consent it is held only for the current page view. | 90 days | Rendered Fits Calendly embed | Third-party / Functional | If a Calendly booking widget is embedded on the Website, Calendly may set its own cookies. These are governed by Calendly's own cookie policy. | See Calendly's policy | Calendly Instantly tracking pixel | Marketing | If marketing emails link to the Website, Instantly may track email open rates and link clicks. This does not drop cookies on the Website itself but may track referral data. | N/A (email-based) | Instantly Interactive demo try-on: when you generate a look on one of our demo pages we log the outfit chosen, the time, a session identifier, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page to a Redis Cloud database (operated by Redis Ltd) so we can see which demos are used. This log is not linked to the cookies above, is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, and is capped at the most recent 10,000 entries. 4. Managing Cookies You can change the choice you made on our banner at any time through "Cookie settings" on any legal page. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Website. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not delete data already sent to Google, Meta or LinkedIn, whose own controls apply. For more information about cookies and how to manage them, visit allaboutcookies.org. 5. Consent Non-essential cookies on the Website are set only after you accept them on the banner, in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and applicable EU cookie laws. The banner offers "Accept all", "Analytics only" and "Essential only" with equal prominence, and withdrawing is as easy as accepting. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. 6. Updates We will update this notice if we change the cookies or tracking technologies used on the Website or in the App. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this notice indicates the most recent revision.
