Rendered Fits for workwear and professional clothing

Virtual Try-On for Workwear & Professional Brands on Shopify

Workwear is bought to be worn every day, often as a set: a blazer with trousers, or a shirt that has to sit right at the collar and cuffs. Shoppers are unsure about shoulder and sleeve length on jackets, rise and length on trousers, and whether a size will suit sitting, moving and layering across a working day.

Rendered Fits' size recommendation works from your own size chart and fit notes for each product, and Complete the Look can put together a jacket and trousers from your catalogue and size them together. Try-on images show how a look appears on the shopper; they do not establish physical fit, so the recommendation depends on the sizing data you provide.

What to measure

Nothing here is a guaranteed result. Measure it on your own store before rolling it out wider.

How it works

Install Rendered Fits from the Shopify App Store, add your size chart and fit notes for jackets, trousers and shirts, and choose which products show the size recommendation, Complete the Look and the “Try it on” button from the app dashboard.

Try it on your own products

Start with a core suit or blazer-and-trouser set and compare size-related exchanges on it against similar items. Try-on images show style and appearance; they do not establish physical fit. The size recommendation depends on usable sizing data for the product.

Frequently asked questions

Does virtual try-on work for workwear and professional clothing?

Workwear is a garment category, so it is in scope. The size recommendation uses your size chart and fit notes, and the try-on image shows how a look appears on the shopper. The image does not establish physical fit.

Can it size a jacket and trousers together?

Complete the Look builds outfits from your catalogue and sizes each item from your size chart and fit notes. The quality of the result depends on having usable sizing data for every item in the set.

Do I need to re-shoot my workwear photos?

No. Rendered Fits works from your existing product images, so no new shoot, 3D asset or developer is required.

Rendered Fits has three plans. Free is $0 for one selected product with 5 images per monthly allowance period.
